Agreement
These Terms of Service govern use of Myjarvis, a personal productivity and executive-function assistant operated for its account owner. By connecting an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service description
Myjarvis helps with task organisation, reminders, scheduled reports, project administration, and other workflows requested by the account owner. Connected services are used only after the account owner grants permission through the relevant provider’s authorisation process.
Account permissions
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for reviewing the permissions granted to Myjarvis. You may revoke Google access at any time through your Google Account security settings. Myjarvis should not be used to make consequential decisions, provide professional advice, or perform actions that have not been reviewed and approved when approval is required.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Myjarvis to violate applicable law, access another person’s data without permission, distribute malware, send abusive or deceptive communications, or interfere with the service or connected providers.
Third-party services
Myjarvis may depend on services such as Google, GitHub, and communication providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. Availability may depend on those providers and cannot be guaranteed by Myjarvis.
Disclaimer and limitation
Myjarvis is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. The account owner remains responsible for reviewing automated outputs and actions.
Changes and termination
These terms may be updated when the service changes. Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated or if a connected provider revokes access.
